Behind every tap, screen form, and interaction is the Digital Platform Team. This is the team responsible for shaping and improving Home Credit’s key digital channels, including:
- Home Credit Mobile App (“HAPPY”)
- Home Credit Web and Web Journeys
- Partner Platform Integration
The team connects customers, products, and partners into one smooth digital experience. From loan applications and repayments to product discovery and partner journeys, they help customers interact with Home Credit in a simpler and more convenient way.
The Mission: Build Better Digital Experiences
The Digital Platform Team focuses on improving digital journeys that are simple, useful, and customer-first.
The team look at the full customer journey, not only one screen or one channel. Where do customers start? Where do they get confused? Where do they drop off? What can we improve to make the journey more intuitive and seamless?
They bring together different roles with different strengths:
- Product Owners for Mobile Apps – They manage and improve customer experiences inside HAPPY.
- Product Owners for Web and Partner Integration – They develop Home Credit Web and Web Journeys, as well as partner platform experiences.
- UX Researchers – They study customer behaviour, pain points, and user needs.
- UX Designers and Product Designers – They translate customer insights and product goals into clear, simple and engaging digital experiences across multiple digital touchpoints.
Together, the Digital Platform team works closely with Business, Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and other teams to deliver digital products that are practical, scalable, and easy to use.

Digital products are built through teamwork.
Product Owners define product direction and priorities. UX Researchers helps us understand customer behavior. UX Designers translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Engineers bring the experience to life. Business teams help ensure that each solution supports real customer and business needs.
Because customers interact with Home Credit across multiple digital touchpoints, the team continuously works to ensure experiences feel connected and seamless whether customers start from the web, continue inside HAPPY, or interact through partner platforms.

Design That Goes Beyond Visuals
Within the Department, the UX Design Team plays an important role in shaping how customers experience Home Credit’s digital platforms.
The UX Designers and Product Designers work across HAPPY, Home Credit Web and Web Journeys, and partner platform experiences. Their work goes beyond making screens look good. Designers help solve real customer and product problems.
This includes:
- Understanding user needs and business requirements
- Mapping customer journeys and user flows
- Designing wireframes, prototypes, and UI screens
- Improving usability and reducing customer friction
- Supporting user testing and design validation
- Working with engineers during design handoff
- Reviewing released products and improving them over time
A UX Designer in the Digital Platform Team needs both creativity and product thinking. They will design for real customers, real business goals, and real platform constraints.
Designers are involved throughout different stages of the product lifecycle from defining journeys and validating usability to refining experiences after release.
