Continuing our Home ID Ambassador series, let's meet three inspiring Home ID Ambassadors whose stories showcase not only outstanding achievements but also the qualities that define who we are at Home Credit.

PUTTING CUSTOMERS FIRST

Quanh Nguyen, District Sales Manager

ENG LI2

More than 13 years with Home Credit have given Quanh countless memorable experiences. Starting as a Sales Representative, where she built hands-on experience and strengthened her sales and customer service skills, and progressing to Sales Management roles, where she developed her leadership and team management capabilities, every milestone has been a journey of growth, resilience, and continuously pushing beyond her limits. Looking back, she takes pride in what she has achieved and deeply values the experiences gained along the way.

Success Is Measured by Customer Confidence

What does the Customer First mindset mean to you in your day-to-day work?

For me, Customer First is more than a core value. It is a guiding principle behind every decision I make.

Before taking action, I always ask myself:

"Will this truly bring greater value and a better experience to our customers?"

This mindset is reflected in even the smallest actions, from providing customers with clear and transparent guidance, offering solutions that genuinely meet their needs rather than focusing solely on sales targets, to handling feedback and complaints promptly and responsibly.

When my team and I consistently place customers at the center of everything we do, customer satisfaction grows and trust in Home Credit becomes even stronger.

Transparency Builds Trust

Throughout your journey, what have you done to ensure customer needs and experiences remain a top priority?

As a sales leader, I constantly remind my team that success should not be measured solely by sales performance, but also by customer satisfaction.

I emphasize transparent consultation, ensuring customers fully understand both their benefits and responsibilities, while encouraging team members to listen proactively and empathetically.

One of the most memorable moments in my journey came from a customer's feedback:

"I chose Home Credit not only because of its products, but because I genuinely appreciate the enthusiasm, dedication, and responsibility of your team. They always explain everything clearly, provide wholehearted support, and accompany customers throughout their journey."

That feedback reminded me that customers may forget figures or promotions, but they never forget how they are treated. It continues to motivate me and my team to keep customers at the heart of every action we take.

PEOPLE AT THE HEART OF EVERY STRATEGY

Le Hoang Tuan, Rewards & OE Senior Manager

ENG LI 3

Since joining Home Credit Vietnam more than a year ago, Tuan's journey has centered around rebuilding the company's HR data ecosystem and compensation structure. His work has focused on delivering accuracy and high-quality people data and total rewards solutions, creating a strong foundation that enables both HR and leadership teams to make informed, strategic people decisions.

The Power of Understanding

In your role, how do you see the People Centricity mindset being demonstrated?

For me, People Centricity begins with trust and respect.

We cannot truly trust without understanding, and it is difficult to respect others if we are unwilling to embrace different perspectives. These values only come to life when we communicate openly, honestly, and authentically with one another.

I believe the best solutions are never built on assumptions. They emerge from genuinely listening to and understanding people's real needs.

People Are the Starting Point

Can you share a project or experience that has had the greatest impact on your journey?

Throughout my career, my work has always revolved around people. The solutions I develop ultimately serve employees, managers, HR teams, and the organization as a whole.

If I had to choose one memorable project, it would be the Job Architecture Redesign initiative that I am currently leading. The project has now progressed through more than two-thirds of its journey and has already delivered promising results.

However, the beginning was far from easy.

Much of my previous knowledge and experience could not simply be replicated at Home Credit due to differences in culture, operating models, and approaches to people management.

There were moments when I had to embrace the idea of "unlearn to learn" and start over, while actively seeking feedback from EXCO members and HR stakeholders to identify the most effective path forward.

By remaining open-minded, I gradually refined my approach and adapted the design to address both business priorities and the practical needs of different departments.

This process not only helped the project move in the right direction but also gave me a deeper understanding of how the business operates, how different functions work, and how leadership approaches people management. It has ultimately enabled me to make more informed recommendations and decisions.

Bringing People Centricity to Life

What message would you like to share about the spirit of People Centricity?

I always focus on work that I am passionate about because I believe meaningful value is created when people genuinely care about what they do.

If there is one message I would like to share, it is this:

The foundation of my success at Home has always been built on trust and respect.

People Centricity is not just a slogan. It comes to life through direct, honest, and open communication, and through our willingness to appreciate, support, and help one another grow every day.

OWNING THE RESULT WITH THE SMALLEST ACTIONS

Hoai Le, Senior MarTech Engineer

ENG LI4

Since joining Home Credit as an intern in late 2021, Hoai has taken on various roles, including Fresher CRM BA, Senior BA, CVM Campaign Team Leader, and currently Senior MarTech Engineer.During a period when resources were limited while business demands continued to expand, she learned how to take ownership of her work, manage multiple MarTech platforms within a short period of time, and ensure day-to-day operations continued to run effectively.

Responsibility Goes Beyond Completion

Having taken on different roles, what does Own the Results mean to you in your daily work?

For me, Own the Results is not simply about completing assigned tasks. It means taking responsibility for the final outcome.

This starts with clarifying requirements upfront, proactively monitoring progress, identifying risks early, and resolving challenges before they become problems.

After each project, I take time to reflect on what worked well, what could be improved, and how future processes can be optimized.

This continuous cycle of reflection and improvement enables me to enhance performance while maintaining momentum for personal growth.

Stepping Outside Your Comfort Zone to Create Long-Term Value

What has been the most memorable experience or milestone throughout your journey?

One of the most significant decisions in my career was transitioning into the MarTech field at a time when my team faced increasing demands with limited resources.

To meet new expectations, I quickly learned how to operate multiple MarTech platforms while ensuring business-as-usual activities continued smoothly.

Looking back, what makes me most proud is my ability to continuously learn, adapt, and gradually master new challenges.

Today, beyond maintaining critical systems, I work with my team to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, helping reduce manual efforts and create sustainable efficiencies across the organization.

Today's Accountability Creates Tomorrow's Results

Through your experiences, what have you learned about the meaning of Own the Results?

Through real-life experiences, I have learned that Own the Results begins with the smallest actions in our daily work.

When we approach our responsibilities with care and accountability from the start, not only does work quality improve, but many downstream issues can also be avoided.

This mindset has also transformed the way I approach challenges. Rather than focusing only on immediate needs, I always consider sustainability, scalability, and the long-term impact of solutions on both the organization and its users.

If there is one message I would like to share, it is this:

Everyone has unique strengths. We do not need to begin with grand ambitions. By doing small things well, taking ownership, and continuously improving every day, the results we achieve over time can exceed our expectations.
