What is the recruitment process at Home Credit like?

Our hiring process generally includes the following steps:

  1. Submit your application online via our career website.
  2. The Talent Acquisition team reviews your profile to assess your fit for the position.
  3. Shortlisted candidates will have a brief phone discussion within 1–2 weeks to learn more about their experience, career goals, and the role itself.
  4. Qualified candidates are invited to a professional interview with the hiring manager and/or department head.
  5. Receive feedback and an offer letter if you are selected.
    Note: Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete additional interview rounds or relevant skill assessments.
