Own assigned Credit Card & Pay Later Servicing initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification and requirement definition to implementation, launch and post-launch monitoring
Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and customer journeys, ensuring proposed solutions address the underlying problems and expected outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Digital Platform, Operations, Customer Experience, CVM, Finance, Risk, Legal & Compliance, to align requirements, manage dependencies and drive product delivery
Analyze customer behavior, product performance and business data to drive continuous product improvements and personalization, helping deliver more relevant products and communications to the right customers at the right time
Stay up to date with market and competitor developments in Credit Card, Pay Later and digital financial services, and proactively recommend relevant product enhancements and new opportunities

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of relevant Product Management experience in Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, E-commerce, Ride-hailing or other digital businesses. We value candidates who have actually built and delivered products, not just coordinated them
Strong “get things done” attitude with the ownership to move things forward and solve problems proactively
Good stakeholder management skills and confidence working across different business and technical IT teams
Comfortable with data analysis, including Excel/Pivot Tables; Power BI experience is an advantage
