🔍 Inside the role of a CRM Technology Engineer

✨Develop and optimize campaign solutions using Java/Spring, SQL, and the SAS platform to implement customer segmentation logic, operational rules, and campaign workflows across both real-time and batch environments. 
✨Operate and configure CRM platforms, manage CRM/ESP/RTDM components, maintain clean and reliable Data Mart pipelines, follow secure ETL/ELT practices, and ensure every change is thoroughly tested before going live. 
✨Shape campaign and product logic by working closely with Customer Value Management, Product, and Card teams to understand business requirements, propose technical approaches, and fine-tune implementations for performance and accuracy. 
✨Build stable and scalable systems through collaboration with IT Ops, IT Development, Data Platform, and Architecture teams across system integrations, internal APIs, messaging services, and cloud components.
