KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Automation & Process Optimization
- Analyze current workflows across training operations, reporting, planning, and logistics
- Identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions
- Design and implement automation using tools (Power Automate, scripts, AI tools…)
AI Enablement & Digital Learning Innovation
- Develop and deploy AI solutions such as:
AI learning assistant
AI-powered knowledge search (SharePoint KB)
AI-assisted content creation
- Ensure AI is adopted in real business usage, not only pilot
Solution Testing & Scaling
- Conduct pilot testing (A/B testing, real-use scenarios)
- Measure impact: productivity, quality, adoption
- Optimize and scale successful solutions
Digital Integration & System Enablement
- Integrate systems:
Learning platform (Docebo)
Knowledge base (SharePoint)
Reporting & dashboards
- Automate data flow across systems
Data & Performance Automation
- Automate reporting dashboards and KPI tracking
- Ensure data is available for decision-making without manual processing
Project Support
- Support innovation initiatives (proposal, business case, MVP)
- Collaborate with IT, Data, HR, Finance and Sales teams

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data, or related fields
At least 4 years in: Automation / Digital transformation / Process improvement/Learning technology / LMS / Knowledge systems
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to redesign processes using technology
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, scripts…)
- Understanding of data, reporting and dashboard logic
- Good communication and stakeholder management
