KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be a dedicated Data Analyst supporting the Digital Sales team, providing data-driven insights to improve sales performance and business outcomes.
- Analyze and track online sales performance, including traffic, conversion, and key business metrics.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, A/B testing, and digital campaign performance evaluation to support business decision-making.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement to identify opportunities for improving UX/UI, content, and personalization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define expected outcomes, and support business process optimization.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience in Digital, Mobile App, Fintech, Financial Services, or Banking is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of Power Automate is required; Power BI is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively collaborate across teams.
- Fluent in English
