KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Objective:
- Analyze user behavior and journey performance to recommend UX/UI and funnel improvements.
- Understand the Digital platform reports for prompt support
- Partner with web development teams to embed analytics and A/B testing into the product cycle.
- Information extraction & analysis for operational activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and report to manager level to drive Digital Platform performance forward. Communicate your analysis and reporting in an easy-to-understand way through presentations, email, and with proper documentation.
- Work on datamart for Digital Platform (app & web) to support reporting, ad-hoc, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
- Track and report web performance metrics, including total web traffic, traffic by landing, application submits, and conversion rate by channel source for consumer finance products (Loan, Credit card, BNPL, etc.)
- Be able to interact with all departments and work closely with business users to identify requirements and expected outcomes, including web development teams for tracking and feature validation.
- Designing automated reporting and dashboards, providing recommendations to business users based on funnel and user behavior analysis.
- Monitor, analyze A/B tests on the web/app platform to evaluate new strategies and feature performance.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven working experience with Python for data analysis
- Working experienced with Google Analytics
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Good Experimental method
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, including sample sizing and result interpretation
- Good knowledge of verbal and written English language
- Solid social ability and communication skills
- Problem solving and decision-making personality
- Good communication and presentations skills
- Proficient in SQL and database management, with working knowledge of big data technologies including Hadoop
- 2 Years work experience in similar or related domain
- Statistics knowledge, basic experience with building regression models
- Experience supporting forecasting and planning for business KPIs
