Employee Checklist

Dear our beloved colleague,
We’re thrilled to have you along for the ride. To finish up final bits of paperwork for the onboarding process, please prepare and submit the following documents on your first day at Home Credit.
I. Photos of the original documents:
- Identification Card
- Education Degree
- Medical Checkup within 6 months
Notes:
- If you have already submitted photos of these documents via CMA application, please ignore this section.
- If you haven’t submitted all the required photos via CMA, on your first onboarding day, please send an email to the relevant PIC of People Shared Services team as below and attach the photos of the missing documents.
- Regarding Family Deduction Registration (if any), please refer to the instructions provided by the Tax Department or on the internal channel (Myhub) after joining the company. Prepare the required documents and send them to the People Shared Services Department for support.
II. Hard copy documents need to be sent to People Shared Services team:
- 01 Criminal Records Certificate No. 2 (Only for IT, Security, Member of Board of Controllers, Field Payment Advisory Team Leader, Field Payment Advisory Team Leader – Province, Field Payment Advisory Manager positions)
