Unlike many Business Administration graduates who choose to participate in Management Trainee programs, Thanh had her own direction. Upon graduating, Thanh realized her passion for Product Development and Management, particularly in the FinTech sector.
Fortunately, Thanh received mentorship from her former manager and was inspired by her friends who were also pursuing careers in Product. With this valuable support and motivation, Thanh became more determined to pursue her passion.

After diligently researching, Thanh stumbled upon the Home Racer program for freshers, with enticing information about the work environment and professional development path in the Product field. Recognizing its alignment with her career aspirations, Thanh enthusiastically seized the opportunity. With its dynamic DE&I environment and fast-track development path for freshers, Home Racer became the perfect fit for Thanh's journey to conquer her passion.
The first six months at Home Credit were like a "honeymoon" for Thanh because she experienced a work environment that respects and supports personal development.
In meetings, Thanh's opinions, despite being a fresher, were always listened to and carefully noted. The leadership team and colleagues were always ready to support, share experiences, and guide Thanh in developing from soft skills to professional skills, enabling Thanh to quickly integrate and excel in her job.
Beyond foundational soft skills like Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Critical Thinking, ... Thanh also received systematic training in professional expertise. As a result, Thanh confidently excelled in her daily tasks and effectively contributed to cross-departmental projects with other Home Racers.

Thanh has been equipped with the mindset of a true Product professional who needs to explore and experience every perspective from Sales and Customer to propose improvements in customer experience and help Sales teams better support customers.

For Thanh, the work environment plays a crucial role in promoting personal growth. Upon stepping into Home Credit, especially the Product family, Thanh felt incredibly fortunate and satisfied. Everyone here is very open, welcoming, and supportive of Thanh's integration, development, and contribution to the department's and company's common goals.

Thanh understands that every journey will have difficulties and challenges. The important thing is how we face and overcome them. At the beginning, Thanh encountered many uncertainties about processes and the fast pace of work at Home Credit. Initially, Thanh pressured herself to adapt quickly and support others.
However, Thanh gradually realized that everything takes time to get used to and learn. Instead of rushing, Thanh focused on completing each task well, ensuring quality and efficiency. With enthusiastic support from managers and colleagues, Thanh became more confident and balanced well between daily work and participation in projects.
⭐Continuous development to become a better version of oneself
Upon joining Home Credit, Thanh worried about her limited Product knowledge and skills compared to her colleagues. However, instead of being discouraged, Thanh was determined to learn and continuously develop.
With the enthusiastic support of direct managers and colleagues, Thanh gradually improved herself and became more confident in her work. Thanh realized that instead of trying to learn everything in a short time, it's better to focus on learning alongside practical experience, not afraid of mistakes, and always seeking feedback to improve oneself.

Thanh herself had doubts and worries about the future and career path. However, instead of hesitating and being hesitant, Thanh decided to boldly step out of her comfort zone and test her abilities with new things.
With the Home Racer 2024 program applications open for 2/3 of the time and receiving a lot of attention from young people, Thanh wants to send some motivation to everyone: Be brave to step out of your comfort zone, challenge yourself with new things, and learn from those experiences. Don't limit yourself to familiar things; explore new potentials within yourself. The path to success is never easy, and the path to understanding oneself will be much harder. There will be times when you face difficulties, challenges, and want to give up. However, always maintain faith in yourself and never stop striving; you will achieve your goals.
