2022 is coming to an end, this is the right time for us to look back to the old year and draw up good plans for the coming year

Ms. Hieu Bui: An inspiring 12-year journey with Home Credit
💭 Hi Hieu, can you share your journey at Home?
🟡 Before joining Home, I had seven years of experience in the two-wheeler industry. In 2010, Home expanded the market in Tra Vinh province, and a friend asked me to work at Home. I agreed immediately because I had just given birth, so I didn't want to work far away. And I have accompanied Home for 12 years.
💭 Wow, such a long journey! What makes you Home for a long time?
🟡 It's also an ups & downs journey *laugh* I still remember when Tra Vinh area had only five SAs left, we had to make three or four times more effort. That period lasted for three months, and in the next 4th month, everything gradually stabilized again, all thanks to our spirit of solidarity. I came here with the word "Duyên" and have accompanied Home with the word "Tình"; that's why I have stayed Home until now.
💭 During this journey, what is the best memory?
🟡 There is a customer I will never forget because she is still keeping in touch with me. She always feels grateful because I helped her buy a new scooter and have a cash fund at that challenging time; it made her life change and become better. That is also one of the stories that make me deeply feel the meaning of what I'm doing: Empower people to live the life they want!
💭 Can you share your goals in 2023?
🟡 I have only one goal: Helping all SAs increase income by at least 30% vs. 2022. And I will be determined to the end to achieve this goal
💭 2022 is coming to an end, would you like to share anything with your colleagues?
🟡 Home always gives us opportunities to grow and always recognizes our efforts. Therefore, I hope that we will always try to get better and better. Be 1% better every day - Keep striving, and You will surely succeed!
Ms. Linh Nguyen: A sustainable trust for over a decade
💭 Hi Linh, how did you start your journey at Home?
🟠 Home is my first company, and 2022 remarks my 11th year working here. In 2011, after graduation, my goal was to work at a bank. I applied to a few banks and was waiting for the result. At that time, a brother working at Home asked me to work at Home. Although I didn't know much about Home, I decided to try and have been Home until now
💭 As the first job after graduation, did you meet any challenges at that time?
🟠 I felt very pressured when I had to handle five contracts while I worked for only ten days. Luckily, I met a very caring buddy. For the first one or two contracts, I still needed him to help me step-by-step, but in the following contracts, thanks to his enthusiastic support, I was able to do it myself. At that time, I was very frustrated when entering a contract but was interrupted by power or systems or when meeting fastidious customers. However, everyone encouraged me, so I was more motivated to improve myself
💭 Is there any memory you miss most while working at Home?
🟠 The period working at Home as a Sales Assistant is the most memorable. During those two years, although having 60 – 70 contracts per month (in peak months, it could reach more than 100), I didn't make any mistakes. In 2013, while everyone was preparing for New Year's Eve, I stayed to make contracts for guests until 7 PM. However, when I remember that time, I always feel happy and proud of myself
💭 Look back at your 11-year journey at Home, how do you feel?
🟠 During my 11 years working here, I'm proud that Home always leads the change. At Home, the process is updated regularly, but I always stay positive and trust the company's decisions. As a leader, I always share to help my team understand the process as well as help them adapt well to any changes. For me, if we positively look at things, everything will get better
💭 What are you most proud of in 2022, and what are your goals for the new year?
🟠 I'm so proud of my team because their performance is still stable despite the changes at the end of the year, and the whole team's income is still guaranteed. Besides, I'm so grateful to receive more and more trust and companionship from my team.
However, one thing I have done yet in 2022 is to make sure all the SAs in my team have ranks. In 2023, I'll achieve this goal and conquer all the "races" that the company organizes.
💭 Do you want to send any messages to your colleagues at Home?
🟠 There will be many more challenges in 2023, but everything is possible if we trust our company, leaders, colleagues, and ourselves. Always keep an optimistic spirit and positive outlook to overcome all challenges.
Ms. Loan Nguyen: Strive to be a better version every day
💭 Hi Loan, how did you "meet" Home?
🟢 I've worked in Sales since 2011. In 2015, when I worked at a store, I met an employee from Home. After listening to her share about Home and her job, I decided to start my new journey. In July 2015, I officially joined Home.
💭 How do you feel about your 7-year journey at Home?
🟢 During the past 07 years, Home has constantly been transforming. I always try to adapt to every situation by building trust in both DSM and company direction; besides, I also set my own goals. For me, every change from Home towards to the positiveness, and it helps me to grow every day.
💭 Known as the best Sales Assistant in 2022, what motivated you to achieve this achievement?
🟢 When I look back at 2022, there're some moments I don't believe I did it. I think it comes from the desire to improve my life, so I'm always active and constantly strive. Additionally, Home always gives us opportunities to grow and conquer new challenges. I'm also motivated by DSM and my colleagues. They joke, "Loan isn't No.1, so who?". These make me achieve this achievement
💭 Can your share your goals in 2023?
🟢 With the conception of trying to be a better version of myself every day; in 2023, I want to achieve a target double in 2022
💭 2023 is coming, do you want to say something to your colleagues at Home?
🟢 Dear colleagues, I hope in 2023 you'll try your best because we all have the opportunities to develop and conquer challenges. "On the way to success, there is no trace of lazy men". Work hard, keep a can-do attitude and always stick to the goals set for yourself to become better every day.
