At Home Credit, there is a quarterly event we always look forward to: the DNA Stars Awards Ceremony, where we recognize all of the DNA Stars, our most outstanding members who strongly demonstrate the eight leadership qualities of Home.
DNA Stars Awards do not focus on staff performance like other best employee awards but aim to acknowledge colleagues who astoundingly exemplify our core values – the 8 leadership qualities – the DNA culture of Home Credit.
Last Wednesday, the DNA Stars Awards Ceremony of quarter 2, 2022, was successfully held with the attendance of all EXCOs, managers, friends and colleagues, 400+ Home members, and especially the 32 DNA Stars of the 2nd quarter.
The ceremony was also the space where we were all connected and inspired by our stars’ stories, deeply understanding and feeling the culture of DNA and the eight leadership qualities that we strive to build.
