Develop and implement a comprehensive CVM communication & costs strategy aligned with business goals
Work closely with product teams to ensure CVM strategies align with new product launches and updates, ensuring seamless integration of products into the CVM lifecycle.
Contribute to product feedback loops by analyzing customer engagement data and providing actionable insights.
Create and oversee data-driven campaigns to activate customers and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities using lifetime value calculations.
Collaborate with campaign teams to execute impactful and timely customer campaigns.
Work with communication teams to refine content strategies for various channels.
Design, monitor, analyze, and act on campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance communication efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor Digital Sales performance, optimize strategies from CVM side and cooperate with Digital Product/Sales on initiatives to deliver digital KPIs

At least 5 years of experience in CVM, CRM, Customer life cycle, Customer Retention, Growth marketing, Product management, Card managements or relevant roles in CFC, Banking, Fintech, Ecommerce, Ride Hailing, … industry.
Proficient with data analysis, skilled with Pivot Table, experienced with Power BI is an advantage
Good analytical mindset and understanding of data structures
Good logical thinking to analyze and build up business processes
From upper-intermediate level in English
