OBJECTIVES

  • Expand CD (Consumer Durables) segment into HAAV (Home Appliance - Audio Visual) and niche markets
  • Drive CD sales and profitability through strategies and initiatives
  • Support Field Sales team, Dealers, and OEMs on daily sales execution and commissions
  • Manage and grow partnerships with Dealers and OEMs
  • Ensure smooth CD operations

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead HAAV (Home Appliance - Audio Visual) OEMs (AQUA, Toshiba, TCL, LG,…) & Top Dealers expansion and campaign execution
  • Manage OEMs/Dealers relationships to drive growth
  • Coordinate with MKT, Field Sales team and OEMs for sales activations
  • Work with Field Sales team on sales campaigns, targets, and commission schemes
  • Support POS openings and daily sales operations
  • Handle OEMs/dealer issues and strengthen partnerships
  • Conduct market survey and field checks to propose new initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced in Key Account/Business Development/Sales/Partnership positions
  • Experienced in Phone brand/ICT/FMCG/Retails/Fintech/CFC industries
  • Supportive, open-minded, hardworking, result-driven, extrovert
  • Good Excel, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Basic English communication
