OBJECTIVES
- Expand CD (Consumer Durables) segment into HAAV (Home Appliance - Audio Visual) and niche markets
- Drive CD sales and profitability through strategies and initiatives
- Support Field Sales team, Dealers, and OEMs on daily sales execution and commissions
- Manage and grow partnerships with Dealers and OEMs
- Ensure smooth CD operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead HAAV (Home Appliance - Audio Visual) OEMs (AQUA, Toshiba, TCL, LG,…) & Top Dealers expansion and campaign execution
- Manage OEMs/Dealers relationships to drive growth
- Coordinate with MKT, Field Sales team and OEMs for sales activations
- Work with Field Sales team on sales campaigns, targets, and commission schemes
- Support POS openings and daily sales operations
- Handle OEMs/dealer issues and strengthen partnerships
- Conduct market survey and field checks to propose new initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in Key Account/Business Development/Sales/Partnership positions
- Experienced in Phone brand/ICT/FMCG/Retails/Fintech/CFC industries
- Supportive, open-minded, hardworking, result-driven, extrovert
- Good Excel, planning and problem-solving skills
- Basic English communication
