JOB DESCRIPTION
- Improve in PA/OPS process based on analysis and observation
- Conduct data mining and ad hoc analysis
- Monitor reports, tracking payment advice and operation performance and be able to react
- Proactively propose changes and recommendations
- Support efficiently all payment advice and operation departments
- Monitor segmentation models, understand them, potentially build new one
- Maintain SQL and procedures
- Maintain regular reporting for PA/OPS departments

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year experience in Data Analytics or equivalent position
- Practical experience with SQL, data mining & data structure, designing database
- Skill in Python is a plus
- Analytical, Statistic and Logical thinking
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,...)
- Good English
- Power BI, Tableau or any other data visualization tools is a plus
