KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In charge of client list in Legal Payment Advisory:
- Research, review and evaluate immediately after receiving dossiers; Verify information related to the debt, the reason why the customer is overdue, identify the financial source of the customer
- Update information related to the ongoing litigation work of the contracts.
Carrying out the duties of a Litigation officer
- Assess the legal conditions and current status of the customer to be able to successfully implement the procedural measures in accordance with the law and reality;
- Carrying out legal action against overdue debt customers;
- Complete documents and initiate lawsuits against customers according to the order and provisions of the Lawincluding: Courts, Arbitration, Department of Civil Judgements Enforcement;
- Directly work with relevant authorities, customers and agencies, organizations and individuals in the legal proceedings;
- Negotiate directly with the customer, find out the solvency of the customer and offer an appropriate handling plan in parallel with legal proceedings in order to achieve the best payment support effect.
Other jobs:
- Report performance results to superiors periodically, and upon request;
- Input procedural information into the system; storing records and documents... according to regulations to serve reporting and inspection;
- Participate in consulting for superiors to decide to initiate lawsuits with high efficiency;
- Contribute ideas to develop, update and complete the internal regulations in accordance with the provisions of the law.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:- Graduated from Law University: Bachelor of Law;
- Knowledge of applicable laws, civil litigation;
- At least 02 years of experience in: law, litigation and consultancy;
- Litigation skills;
- Confident and fluent communication skills;
- Basic communication in English;
- Proficiency in office computer applications.
