KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serving as liaison between stakeholders and users to gather, analyze and validate business requirements.• Document requirements (into epics and user stories) using the scrum methodology from product backlog items to sprints.
• Facilitate discussions to identify, clarify and document requirements.
• Work with the Development, QA teams and PO to meet the acceptance criteria and product quality.
• Effectively communicating your insights and working with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure the successful implementation of new job requirements.
• Proactively exploring the core system to assist the team in identifying suitable directions for implementing requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in English – Writing and speaking
• At least 2-5 years of BA experience in software (Open middle – senior)
development, especially with Agile – Scrum
• Proven ability in typical BA skill set – requirements engineering, GAP analysis, business process analysis, modelling techniques, facilitation techniques, documentation techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently effectively. •Ability to learn new concepts quickly. Can-do attitude and adaptability to changing circumstances.
