Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and system requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify needs, data, rules, and expected system behavior.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects to define software solutions, including system flows, API interactions, and data mappings.
Produce and maintain system‑focused documentation such as:
- Functional specifications
- User stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Process flows, sequence diagrams, and system interaction diagrams
Support backlog refinement by breaking down requirements into well‑defined user stories and tasks.
Act as a key contact point for requirement clarification during development.
Participate in system testing and UAT by validating system behavior against defined requirements.
Support definition of test scope and review test scenarios to ensure requirement coverage.
Assess the impact of changes to existing systems and support change implementation.
Identify requirement‑related risks and issues; proactively communicate and escalate when needed.
Take ownership of assigned features or small to medium‑scale system enhancements.
Collaborate with local and international teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Contribute to improving team documentation standards, processes, and ways of working.

At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Software/System Analyst.
Experience working in software development projects (preferably Agile/Scrum).
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and system‑based analysis.
Ability to analyze and model:
- Business processes
- System flows
- Data flows and integrations
Good knowledge of UML (sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, etc.) and modeling tools.
Experience working with APIs, backend systems, or integrations is a strong plus.
Ability to write clear, structured requirements and acceptance criteria.
Experience supporting testing activities, including reviewing test cases and validating system behavior.
Experience in the financial services domain is an advantage.
