Great digital experiences start with strong platforms. As a Product Analyst (Digital Platform / Sales Delivery) you will support digital platform, sales delivery and product improvements across app, web, and partner integration to enhance user journeys and business performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support product requirements, documentation, UAT, release planning, go-live, and post-launch monitoring.
- Track platform, journey, and product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Product, IT, UX, Data, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery, issue resolution, and continuous platform improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduates with GPA of 3/4 and 7/10 and less than 2-year working experience.
- Proficient in English with a level of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
- Passionate about financial products and digital platforms, with a focus on improving customer/partner journeys and operational performance through platform and product enhancements.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication & presentation skills to detect the business situation then propose positive changes.
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn & absorb new knowledge.
