JOB DESCRIPTION
- To conduct legal works in relation to the day-to-day business and operations of the company – in general – and the funding activities of the company – in particilar - in timely manner to protect the interest of the company. Specific works include, but not limited to, the following key tasks:
- Legal update; Research, analyze and provide legal advices on various aspects of funding activities as well as the business and operations of the company;
- Prepare, draft, revise, review and/or provide comments on all documents, agreements, templates and/or other documentation of the Company in relation to funding activities as well as the business and operations of the company; Participate in contract negotiation and execution;
- Assist other departments in legal matters relating to the projects of the company;
- Participate and represent the company in all litigation and other legal procedures in relation to the funding activities of the company;
- Translate contracts and other materials into English or Vietnamese; and
- Prepare legal update of new regulations relating to funding activities.
- Review and supervise the work products of Legal Specialist/Legal Executive to maintain high-quality;
- Assist Head of Funding Legal and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer in building, management and development of funding legal team;
- To support Business Legal department, Compliance department as well as other departments in certain legal and compliance matters; and
- Other tasks as may be assigned by Head of Funding Legal and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience working in law firms (Banking & Finance or M&A) or in legal roles within the banking and finance industry, such as investment banks, debt capital markets, investment funds, securities companies, or listed companies.
- Strong experience in managing financial transactions, including bonds, certificates of deposit (CDs), and foreign syndicated loans. Experience with Entrustment Lending is a plus but not required.
- Hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing contracts related to capital raising, as well as participating in M&A or IPO transactions. Strong negotiation skills are highly valued.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen with the ability to quickly adapt to new industries and dynamic business environments.
- A structured and logical thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated team leadership and management skills (open for senior-level candidates).
- Fluent in English.
