KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather requirements on regular and ad-hoc reporting following the set strategy to centralize reporting in Risk
Build, deploy and maintain automated PowerBI reports and dashboards that eliminate manual overlaps and standardize Risk metrics
Create and manage governed, centralized datasets that enable self-service analytics through "Analyze in Excel" and other PowerBI features
Collaborate closely with Risk Data Engineering and IT teams to define and implement standardized data products that serve as the foundation for BI reports
Implemente automated alerts for key risk metrics to ensure fast issue detection and resolution
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business logic, metric definitions, and data mappings to ensure technical excellence and accuracy
Champion a data-driven culture by empowering Risk stakeholders through training and the rollout of governed, centralized PowerBI datasets for self-service analytics (Analyze in Excel)
Continuously challenge legacy reporting methods and adopt modern BI technologies to improve performance

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field
2+ YOE in building complex BI solutions, preferably within a Risk or Financial Services environment
Advanced proficiency in PowerBI (including DAX and Power Query) and SQL
Proficiency with Oracle and Big Data ecosystem, data transformations, processing and visualization tools (PL-SQL, Spark, Impala, Jupyter, PowerBI)
Good communication and logical thinking skills
Fluent English
