JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare comprehensive analysis, design and implement complex underwriting workflows with major business impact
- Cooperate with other departments on projects of related business stream
- Share knowledge with junior positions in team
- Monitor closely portfolio health of assigned product and take immediate action if needed
- Maintain the client affordability limit management
- Align and maintain income/limit/Annuity x-products
- Leading implementation of risk projects such as limit management and X-product settings
- Ensure underwriting policies are aligned across different products
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Underwriting or Risk management, especially in consumer finance with Cash loan products is a big plus
- Able to communicate efficiently as well as to interpret and promote risk culture to the organization
- Understand of Credit Scoring & Experience with Decision Engine.
- Familiar with Analytical Tool/UW System/ Any Programing Language (Python / R or SAS, etc)
- Experience working in Agile environment is a big plus
- Proficiency in English
