Telesales Trainer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Prepare training materials for new ops, retraining existing ops, new pilot/product launch
• Update training materials if required and keep them updated
• Assure the training plan assigned by QA & Training Supervisor
• Provide the required training result to TLS MIS team after each training course (operator life cycle process)
• Suggest to improve training material(s)  or to try new training approach
• Meet purpose of new pilot/product launch involved
• Prepare reports to QA & Training Supervisor if required
• Cooperate with TLS QC Script Specialist, QC Specialists and Team Leaders to improve consultancy skill for operators
• Show positive cooperation and respect by yourself with the other TLS functions and company departments
• Other task(s) assigned by QA & Training Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• From college level up 
• Have 1 year of work experience in training position
• PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office etc.)
• Basic English.
• Reporting skills.
• Persuasion skills.
