1. Internal Activities
  • Understand ongoing hiring needs of business and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools, based on sourcing strategy
  • Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
  • Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) and job portals (VNW, Career Builder, IT Viec…) to look for and connect with potential passive candidates
  • Ensure consistency and efficiency of information posted on the abovementioned recruitment channels
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience
  • To achieve set daily/weekly/monthly targets for quality and quantity of potential candidates
  • Propose ideas of suitable sourcing channels for each division/ job functions
2. External Activities
  • Design & conduct engaging talent outreach campaigns (Job fairs, Career talk, University Relations…)
  • Be a key contact point to work with Employer Branding and Internal Communication team in executing above recruitment campaigns
  • Assist TA Manager in working with recruitment agencies and job portals vendors
  • Assist with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for preparing materials and implementations


  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in recruitment/ sourcing
  • Proven record of using effectively recruitment searching tools
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform reporting's
  • Able to perform multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Power BI experience is a plus
  • Ability to work with marketing tools and design is a plus
  • Good English business communication
