Senior Risk Underwriting Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting:

• Development and maintenance of reporting tools:
  • Risk appetite and Underwriting measures monitoring
  • Risk index and risk cost estimation
• Monitor closely portfolio health of assigned product and take immediate action if needed

Analysis:

• Provide a comprehensive analysis that focuses on the significant business effect on all products.
• Conduct advanced data analysis methods and visualization strategies to optimize the current UW process in terms of approval rates, risk, goods, and time to yes with respect to risk and business requirements

Infrastructure:

• Maintain and improve data infrastructure
• Develop technical solution in Python, SQL and DWH structures to improve performance of monitoring and analysis 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of SQL and at least basic knowledge of 1 more programming language like Python, R, Matlab, etc.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau/PowerBI
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Analytical background
• University degree from quantitative discipline, preferably from statistics, mathematics, economy
• English at communication level, ability to formulate, explain and discuss topics connects to other business area
