Senior Product Data Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and report on the performance of Revolving products against P&L targets and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain reports to support ongoing business activities and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct end-to-end deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of business issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Analyze customer feedback, complaints, inquiries, and related data to uncover improvement opportunities and present findings to senior leadership and business teams.
• Collaborate with IT and Customer Business Intelligence teams to design and enhance the Revolving business data mart.
• Support ad-hoc data extractions and fulfill data requests from business teams to assist with operations and decision-making.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced in Data Analyst/Business Analyst positions
• Experienced in CFC/Banking/Fintech/ Payment gateway/E-commerce industry
• Strong data analysis skill and provide insights to drive data-driven decisions
• Proficient in SQL, ability to use Python is a plus
• Logical thinking, good problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• English from intermediate level
