KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage key accounts (KA) of Consumer Durables (CD) & producer partners for the partnership between HCVN and partners
- Achieve the sales targets of CD, Team & Company.
- Support KAM for the manage Strategic Key Account for the operation task
- In charge of CD Key Account Partners & producer Partners in respective area.
- Collect all information of competitors’ new promotions, bonus scheme of segmented dealers and make appropriate proposal to KAM to deal with timely.
- Propose sales activities, changes in segmented dealers to improve performance on monthly basis.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performances in in charged dealers and propose action plans to hit targets.
- Implement the run the operation task which is assigned by KAM to the assigned Key Account
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- University degree with experience in Key Account/ Business Development/ Sales/ Sales Admin position
- Working experience in Finance/Banking/Fintech company with domain knowledge in Consumer Durables is a good plus
- Good analytical skill, stakeholders’ management, and negotiation skills
- Basic English communication
