Senior CRM Business Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and - incidents (30%)
  • Write requirements and perform & coordinate of deployments (30%)
  • Propose & Implement campaign strategies requested by management, using SAS Campaign management tool, critical thinking, data analysis, and communication skills (20%)
  • Support/mentor new comers(10%)
  • Other tasks requested by Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must-haves:
  • Honesty, reliability, open-mindedness
  • Immediate and good understanding of relational databases
  • Immediate English level: 6.0 IELTS, 80 Toefl iBT or 750 TOEIC, or proven during interview
  • At least 5 years of full-time experience in IT BA or similar roles, preferably in financial & sectors
  • Critical & analytical thinking


Nice-to-haves:

  • Preferred majors: Computer Science, CIS, BIS, IT
  • International experience (work or study)
  • Programming languages: Python, SAS, VBA, Java, etc
  • Experience with API development
  • Exposure to campaign management tools
  • Life-long learner
