KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for managing the Fraud Investigation and Security Training to ensure all
  • operations of the areas of responsibility to be implemented accurately, efficiently, timely and
  • in accordance with the procedures .
  • Create / Improve the Investigation Procedures / Processes to timely catch up fraud trends
  • in the market and in line with strategies of Company.
  • Acquire thoroughly the Procedures of other Departments to identify gaps / shortcomings for
  • improvements; at the same time, propose innovations / solutions for improving and
  • developing of Department.
  • Plan the Budget and Headcount / Recruitment to develop the workforce of the areas of
  • responsibility to meet the needs of Company’s business development.
  • Be responsible for the quality of Security staff’s and quality of training / re-training of
  • Training section.
  • Cooperate with Authorities in investigation (as requested) and built / well maintain the
  • relationships with the law enforcement agencies to ensure the success of fraud cases
  • handling.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Department Head / CRO / CEO.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: University / College degree, preferably in Security/Police/Law
  • Experience: Minimum 05 years experience in security management.
  • Skills:
    • Technical skills:
      • Good computing skills
      • Able to conduct independent research and analysis
      • Ability to apply effective interview / interrogation skills along with familiarity with investigative principles including logical progression, linkage, link analysis, cause and effect and document / evidence protocol.
      • Ability to understand all the legal process required to process a perfect case and transfer to Police when necessary.
    • Soft skills:
      • Leadership skill
      • Planning and time management
      • Interpersonal relationship skill with the ability to work without any supervision
      • Be able to set priority and timely accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Language: Fluent English
