KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist Regional Sales Manager to do the administrative works to be align with company’s procedure, requirement
  • Prepare the payment requests, business travel request for all DSM, RSM 
  • Check & control OT plan, OT request for sales field in the region, movement, new hire
  • Combine the report from sales team & submit to HC (Get urgent alert to manager on unexpected issues related to dealer’s benefit/ commission, report related region information punctual, confirm POSM (tablet, chair, IT….) at shop
  • Confirm DSM cover new shop to calculate bonus, Respond list score DSM to Risk, update work schedule in MW/FPT
  • Follow up and push supplement missing contract/critical mistakes, update complain for Sales admin, collect list SAs who have relative with dealer
  • Push DSM finish missing Red invoice to dealer, receive incorrect red invoice from Accountant& dispatch to DSM
  • Coordinate with IT department to get back furniture, IT equipment status confirmation  in case DSM quits job
  • Check mail refund from dealer and client to make repayment or to remind AP/DSM for cancellation contract
  • Update list shop cover & target shop/SA in region
  • Follow up and push supplement missing MRC/ request borrowing MRC for DSM 
  • Prepare in advance facilities/ documentation/Hotel booking/ perdiem, payment process for sales team in region in monthly meeting
  • Prepare the appendix and service contract signed with third parties
  • Check and follow up target bonus, salesman commission of shop & proposal of target.
  • Update new location changing from DSM's request/ DSM's new address in system.
  • Cooperate with other departments to help the business in region go smoothly
  • Complete tasks from Sales Admin in HQ, KA managers, Sale analyst, Marketing, HR…
  • Update CLX/CLW weekly. Update Summarize the status of all CLX appointments monthly
  • Request uniform, name tag for SA, DSM  and name card for new DSM,ASM 
  • Assist Regional Sales Manager to do the administrative works to be align with company's procedure, requirements (100% request)
  • Push DSM to do report on time. Share the information form HO to RSM, ASM,DSM , have the new idea to help them can do more smoothly
  • Make an appendix (change bank account) => sent to DSM (take the signal of partner and send to HO)
  • Support all issues as on time deadline, Support another RSM & ASM,DSM
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree in Business Administration or related
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point skills
  • Experience in sales admin, administrative work
  • Good English skills : writing, reading, speaking
