KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data management: Ensure up-to-date data and information for payroll, PIT, insurance reports processing and other related processes.
  • Payroll processing: Ensure data accurately (salaries, bonuses & earnings/deductions). Ensure timely submission & processing of payroll.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual reports including statutory insurance, PIT related.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with labor laws, tax regulations & internal policies.
  • Payroll system: Identifies, recommends and supports implementation of systems and solutions to improve system capabilities for current or future need.
  • Payroll process & report automation: Support Payroll AM to develop and implement in Payroll process & payroll report automation.
  • Assist with annual year-end tax finalization, generate tax finalization forms and resolve ant related queries
  • Handle questions/issues from employees related to C&B procedures/ benefits/ payment for understanding and transparency
  • Update new laws related to labor code, tax, insurance to ensure job processing is compliant with legal regulations.
  • Perform daily audit of data
  • Participate in other C&B assignments and HR projects as directed.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • BA degree in relevant field
  • Experience in C&B/ Rewards
  • Knowledge of labor regulations, HR practice, Labor code, Tax’s law, SHUI law
  • Good at English writing & reading skills
  • Good at Excel skill
  • Experience in using SAP system is a big plus.
