KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsible for growing app usage, retention and transactions
  • Lead PM to work and drive the customer-centric, data-driven roadmap & features for  mobile platform to improve app usage and engagement including but not limited to app content, communication, onboarding, digital payment use-cases (repayment, topup, bill, QR payment…), 360 engagement; loyalty & reward; gamification & other retention-related features
  • Work with internal analysts, UX researcher, local stakeholders and GMA, also with key cross-functional stakeholders e.g. Marketing, CRM, Payment, Sales…etc
  • HQ leaders for building & maintaining unified roadmap for GMA, ensure VN business and user goals will be realized​.
  • •Assist the Head of Online on a need basis. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • PO/PM or Business / Growth Strategy background with digital product management experiences​;
  • 7+ year working experience with at least 3 years at leadership/ management level;
  • Strong and diverse experiences in digital product management, project management and growth marketing for millions user digital platform in any B2C/C2C industries
  • Deep understanding of finance / banking product, process, business model, operations and systems​ is a big plus
  • Experienced working as business owner, driving e2e product, process and digital solutions;
  • Strong leadership experiences;
  • Very good communication skills in both Viet & English
