KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive alerts from monitoring systems via SMS/email
  • Identify the issue and fix it or contact other parties for solving
  • Have knowledge of business processes and how the systems are working
  • Communicate with customers on technical and non-technical matters and perform continuous process improvement to all support and maintenance activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in IT major is preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in IT software design/development
  • Able to do trouble shooting, root cause analysis to support other IT teams to resolve the incident in applications
  • Understand the enterprise IT architecture practices, application integration blueprints
  • Fluently in English (speaking and writing)
  • Advanced skill of Microsoft Office
