Graphic Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creative Development & Execution
  • Design marketing and campaign materials including KVs, social posts, POSM, digital banners, and more
  • Develop design layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets in line with brand guidelines
  • Translate creative concepts or briefs into compelling visual executions across multiple platforms
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand design needs and deliverables
  • Collaborate with Copywriters, Motion Designers, and external partners/freelancers when needed
  • Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews to bring ideas and feedback to life
• Brand Consistency & Quality Control
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand visual identity and tone
  • Maintain a high standard of visual execution, attention to detail, and creative storytelling
  • Help evolve and refresh visual systems as the brand grows
• Asset Management
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, and shared assets
  • Support versioning and adaptations across different formats, languages, or channels

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years of design experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, or a creative studio environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Figma is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design for campaigns, digital, and social media
• Excellent layout, typography, and visual composition skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
