KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Sale Planning & Optimization

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sale roadmap, initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Identify digital sales bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize online sales processes to reduce friction, improve conversion rates, and enhance the customer experience across all digital touchpoints (website, mobile app, partner platforms..).
  • Lead the implementation of A/B testing, personalization strategies, and other optimization initiatives of lending process to boost sales performance.
  • Monitor and manage the user experience (UX) and sales funnel, identifying opportunities to improve navigation, functionality, and customer engagement.
  • Lead the product lifecycle to launch in digital sale platforms ensuring products meet quality standards and risk/ regulatory compliance requirements.

Customer Segmentation & Personalization:

  • Use customer data and analytics to develop targeted sales strategies for different customer segments.
  • Implement personalization strategies that cater to customer preferences and behaviors, improving the likelihood of conversion.
  • Work with the CVM team to track customer journeys and deliver targeted offers or promotions to increase sales.

Market & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Monitor digital sales trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to keep the business ahead of the curve.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of opportunity for the digital sales strategy.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, sale planning & monitor in digital lending or digital growth, ideally from consumer finance, fintech, or banking industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing financial products, from conception through to launch and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g., personal loans, credit cards, etc.) and the financial services landscape.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, marketing, and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & stakeholder management with proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to see insights from data and use data to support assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. Excellent use on excel tool, power BI and other report & analysis tool.
