KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Lending Product Strategy & Development:

  • Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for digital lending initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for cross-sell products, such as Cash Loan / Credit Cards and BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later).
  • Collaborate with other team to leverage customer insights and data-driven decision-making in product development.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to prioritize product features, managing product backlog and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product team, Risk, Digital Marketing, Sales, External partners to design and execute initiatives that promote cross-sell products to existing customers through digital channels.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of cross-sell products on Digital Channels
  • Regularly report on digital sales performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Customer Focus:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and their needs, ensuring that digital cross-sell products meet and exceed customer expectations.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Work with the Legal / Compliance and Risk Teams to mitigate risks associated with digital cross-sell initiatives, adapting product strategies as needed to ensure compliance.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for innovation within the Digital Lending product portfolio, exploring new technologies and partnerships that can enhance the product offering.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in digital product management, project management, preferably within banking or fintech industry.
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful initiatives launches.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, cross-sell strategies, and digital product lifecycle management.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making, including the use of analytics tools to inform digital product strategy.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to financial products and a proactive approach to managing compliance risks.
