1. Great segment Expertise:​
  • Identify strategic opportunities for Home Credit's partnerships in the area of:​
    • Ewallets​
    • E-commerce (Tiki, Shopee, Lazada etc.)​
    • E-shops/other digital businesses​
    • Lifestyle apps (understand the customer)
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of these segments and its customer's needs​
  • Identify opportunities for HC to diversify HC's current portfolio (from CD loans offline to fully online business model based on partnerships)​
  • Continuously review market landscape – new ewallets, new eComm trends, new BNPL players, new fintechs​
  • Identify & develop partnership or acquisition opportunities that will position Home Credit as the market leader​
  • Produce clear outputs & proposals, demonstrate opportunity & value proposition for each involved side
2. Account Management:​
  • Execute personalized account strategy for each existing & new partner (eWallets, eComm, Repayment partners etc.)
  • Organize and lead meetings with partners 
  • Increase revenue and market share for selected strategic partner accounts​
  • Bring new digital coop. opportunities for new partners​ and bring creative ideas
  • Ensure cross-functional team alignment on key proposals (including representation from Legal, Marketing, Product, OPS, Market Research and Technology​)
3. Process knowledge
  • Must understand & map + explain processes & process flows
  • Must be demonstrating the understanding of mobile apps & integration between 2 parties 

4. Communication & Content:
  • This role is highly representative - requires smooth verbal communication, great expression, structured thinking
  • Structured and attractive visuals to present to partners and in-house
  • Creation of content for partner meetings & internal proposals and updates
  • Highly diplomatic, confident, representative, formal communication


  • University degree 
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Digital Partnership or Business Development with digital partners
  • Background in eComm, eWallet, consumer finance or banking
  • Project experience/product ownership experience  (as a project stakeholder of a new product, new cooperation, innovation, new product launch, new app launch)
  • Can build a Business Case (identify opportunity to propose solution)
  • Highly effective spoken & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great presentation skills (demonstrate on his/her last role, incl. content)
  • Very good time & task management and ability to work independently
  • Great English communication and writing
  • Analytical skill, ability to understand data 
  • Strong “can do” attitudes, strong drive to succeed
  • Digital Savvy
  • Great communicator, expressive, good listener (to partner needs)
  • Very representative (dress to impress, diplomatic)
  • A self-starter (proactively seek opportunities and propose solutions)
