Customer Onboarding Strategy Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CVM communication & costs strategy aligned with business goals
• Work closely with product teams to ensure CVM strategies align with new product launches and updates, ensuring seamless integration of products into the CVM lifecycle.
• Contribute to product feedback loops by analyzing customer engagement data and providing actionable insights.
• Create and oversee data-driven campaigns to activate customers and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities using lifetime value calculations.
• Collaborate with campaign teams to execute impactful and timely customer campaigns.
• Work with communication teams to refine content strategies for various channels.
• Design, monitor, analyze, and act on campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance communication efficiency and reduce costs.

• Proven relevant experience 5 years and more in CVM/CRM, Marketing, Strategy product design or similar position
• Campaign & communication strategy design for different customer segment
• Product development experience or cooperation with product development teams
• Knowledge of financial products and standard sales channels in finance industry
• Proficient with data analysis, using OLAP, advanced Excel features, PowerBI or similar data discovery tools, knowledge of more advance analytical skills is an advantage (SQL, Hadoop, Python etc.)
• Organization and planning skill
