KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in requirement engineering to deliver both business requirement and functional specifications documents.
2. Project Management Support
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams during project execution.
- Responsible for project charter, planning and kick off to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide project updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
3. Quality Assurance and Testing
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, cases, scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
- Conduct regression and integration testing during deployment and DRC.
- Collaborate with SAS engineers to establish best practices for testing SAS solutions.
4. Campaign design & data engineering
- Design and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and data needs.
- Create data workflows to ensure accurate and consistent data for campaigns.
- Collaborate with data engineers to improve data processing efficiency for campaigns.
5. Other tasks assigned by Line Managers and Organization.

About the team:
The Customer Technology department manage solutions for campaign automation platforms of CRM and Digital Marketing. Specifically, the CRM SAS Solution team is responsible for complete development cycle, system maintenance, and backend data engineering.

I. Experience and expertise :
Need-to-have areas:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance & Economics or related majors. Equivalent experience is a big plus.
- Experience in software testing, with a focus on ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Familiarity with testing tools and processes is a plus.
- Strong foundation of database management system (queries, structure, optimization) is a must, know a programming language is a plus.
- Good organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn backend technologies like RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Nice-to-have areas
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with scripting or test automation tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools or techniques to validate data integrity.
- Ability to identify and resolve system issues to improve efficiency and performance.
