Compliance Senior Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

To directly conduct all day-to-day compliance works to ensure that the company is in compliance with all statutory regulations as well as internal procedures and guidelines.  Specific works includes, but not limited to, the followings key tasks:

• Preparation and review of internal procedures and policies;
• Supervision of the implementation of all applicable statutory regulations and internal procedures and policies;
• Management and archive of internal documents of the company;
• Compliance training for management personnel and employee of other departments;
• Compliance risks identification, assessment, communication and mitigation;
• Provision of compliance advice to other departments of the company;
• Support the business decision making from compliance perspective;
• Coordination with the State authorities and other departments of the company on all regulatory directives or requirements as well as on the feedbacks or responses of the Company to the State authorities on such directives or requirements; and
• Support the senior compliance members in preparation of compliance operation agenda;
• Prepare/ consolidate the relevant reports to company’s management/ regulators.
• Enhance the internal control system following the regulatory requirements.

To coordinate and support the operations of internal audit departments the company; and

Other tasks assigned by the Compliance Senior Manager and Head of Compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in law, accounting, finance, business administration;
• Knowledge of compliance, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods; and
• Ability to conduct independent research and analysis
• Relevant experience in compliance/ legal/ internal control/ risk management/ internal or external audit, including at least 2 years of holding the equivalent senior position in those fields.
• Experience with banks or financial services companies will be a definite advantage.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both writing and speaking)
