KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Loyalty and Retention Programs (70%):
- Develop and execute loyalty campaigns to boost customer engagement and card usage. Create targeted retention initiatives to reduce dormancy and prevent customer attrition.
- Personalize re-engagement offers for inactive cardholders to encourage renewed activity.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of loyalty and retention programs.
Digital Adoption Initiatives (20%)
- Promote online spending channels such as e-commerce, subscriptions, and card-on-file payments.
- Support efforts to increase Monthly Active Users (MAU) on digital platforms.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance digital features that improve customer experience and drive usage.
Portfolio Analysis and Optimization (10%):
- Analyze customer data to identify key trends and engagement opportunities.
- Measure the impact of engagement initiatives and suggest improvements based on performance.
Team and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, CVM, and internal teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Collaborate on communication plans, including personalized messages and promotional content.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in consumer finance, banking, or credit card portfolio management, with a focus on customer engagement, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Proven ability to design and execute customer lifecycle management strategies using consumer insights to boost engagement.
- Digital engagement experience: Familiar with driving online card usage and promoting digital platforms (e.g., e-commerce, subscriptions, card-on-file payments).
- Project Management Skills: Experience in delivering engagement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong data analysis and campaign optimization skills to drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
