KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with departments, Card organizations and partner bank to solve complaints/inquiries and handle relevant tasks

  • Manage billing disputes (chargebacks) related to credit
  • Interact with customers (cardholders & merchants), organizations and international networks to resolve billing mattes
  • Responsible handle serious complaints and submit requirement
    documents correctly and on time
  • Responsible prepare, check and submit all requirement reports to SBV/
    VISA/ GPE exactly and accurately
  • Process payment invoices with partner

Participate company projects to develop of product and card service

  • Participate in system setting and testing
  • Assist to projects involving Credit Card
  • Supervise, update all processes, procedures, legal documents
    related to credit card back office

Supervise, manage team and system to achieve higher productivity and make sure staff follows procedure and timeline of handling complaint  process

  • Involve recruitment credit card office staffs
  • Monitor and follow up daily/ weekly/ monthly reports regarding card
    operations
  • Manage customer experience and quality framework of cards operations
  • Account management like re-issuance, replacements and other related 
    card & statement activities
  • Make a qualitative analysis to understand the situation of the problem and find logical solutions

Other tasks assigned by Head of Back Office

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience

  • 02 year experiences in processing chargeback disputes of Card, and at least 2 years in similar position
  • Deep knowledge of Card operations, credit card system and processes
  • Experience in manage fraud/ dispute, charge back unit experience
  • Experience in supporting to manage a group of 2-3 people.

2. Skill

  • Good in English
  • Effective Communication
  • Computer (Word/ Excel)
  • Training and Coaching
