KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the sales performance of new segment (Furniture/ Fitness/ Education Loan), sales activities to achieve the company business plan and target
  • Overall responsibility for development and management of new segment POS loan (Furniture/ Fitness/ Education Loan…ect)
  • Develop new segment business to diversify POS loan product of HCVN and increase sales volume
  • Co-ordinate with Sales Networks to monitor and deliver the sales results of new segment business
  • Co-ordinate with Product and QA to build up the process and product which is suitable to the market need
  • Analyzing and adapting new strategies to react to changing business trends

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years experience in Business Development / Key Account / Partnership position with proven track of positive results
  • Experience from financial/fintech/banking sectors is advantage
  • Have wide network in new segment area is a big plus
  • Confident in communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Be able to develop, build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Open-minded, resilient, result-oriented, hard-working, positive mindset
  • Basic English verbal and written
