1. Product implementation

Participate in assessing the feasibility of new business ideas and insurance product implementations.
Execute the rollout of new business idea, or new insurance products, ensuring smooth integration and deployment.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate with BD and Product Proposition team to deliver project, monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Technical Solution

Oversee the technical implementation of insurance products.
Develop and manage technical solutions for both bundled and standalone insurance business models and adapt to new ideas as they arise.

3. Operational Excellence

Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee day-to-day operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Risk Management

Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Stay updated with regulatory changes and adapt processes accordingly.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance
4 + years of experience in insurance, fintech, or financial services, with a focus on product implementation or operations.
Experience working in cross-functional environments. Process optimization skill

Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Proactive and ownership-driven
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Adaptable in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Fluent in English
