OBJECTIVES
- Expand TW (motorbikes) segment into gas (petrol motorbikes) and niche markets
- Drive TW sales and profitability through strategies and initiatives
- Support Field Sales team, Dealers, and OEMs on daily sales execution and commissions
- Manage and grow partnerships with Dealers and OEMs
- Ensure smooth TW operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive gasoline vehicle OEMs & Top Dealers campaigns, including market survey and field checks
- Manage OEMs/Dealers relationships for nationwide rollout
- Coordinate with MKT, Merchandising, Field Sales team, OEMs for activations
- Work with Field Sales team on sales campaigns, targets, and commission schemes
- Support POS openings with Field Sales team (exp: Honda, Yamaha, Piaggio)
- Implement new processes across local channels (TW0BOD, TW Used, etc.)
- Ensure smooth daily operations (campaigns, product setup, dealer issues)
- Collaborate cross-functionally on new projects and initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in Key Account/Business Development/Sales/Partnership positions
- Experienced in Vehicle Brand/ICT/FMCG/Retails/Fintech/CFC industries
- Proactive, flexible, and growth-driven mindset
- Good Excel, planning, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- English: intermediate level or above
