Description Chuyên Gia Đào Tạo

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training Delivery & Coordination
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions across key programs including:
  • Home-schooled expert series  - biweekly online training program
  • Foundational skills for all employees – offline focused topics
  • Leadership training program – for first-time managers & other higher levels
  • Training for Home Racer – young talent development
  • Other ad-hoc training: DEI, performance management, people upskilling, etc.
  • Ensure training sessions are well-structured, interactive, and aligned with learning objectives, ensure learner’s satisfaction & NPS via post training survey
  • Organize and coordinate offline training logistics (schedule, venue, materials, participants)
Compliance training support:
  • Support the implementation of mandatory training programs (e.g., Organization Health & safety, Digital/AI-related topics, etc.. The support include coordinating for training rollout, tracking, and follow-up to ensure completion targets are met
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation
Learning & engagement events support:
  • Promoting Life-long learning culture via ensuring high quality of training deliveries & high employee satisfaction, increasing training coverage of L&TD programs
  • Participate & support for annual Learning Fest & appreciation months to internal trainers & learners
  • Participate & support monthly engagement activities for company wide
Others:
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations and policy to maintain up-to-date Learning/Bonding policy, L&TD process in collaboration with L&TD team and related parties
  • Participate in HR projects which support enhancing company values, branding and engagement
  • Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Requirement Chuyên Gia Đào Tạo

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years in training deliveries, especially for leadership & back-office employees
  • University Degree in HR (preferred), Business or equivalent
  • Excellent training skills, instructional design, ability to design & train a class (20-30 employees)
  • Excellent communication & presentation (both Vietnamese & English)
  • Good stakeholder management, active listening & provide best support for stakeholder’s needs
  • Good learning agility & high adaptability
  • Good task management
  • Well-organized with strong coordination and multitasking ability
