Description Chuyên Viên Dịch Vụ Nhân Sự

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HR Operations & Service Delivery:
    • Manage complex employee lifecycle transactions (from pre-onboarding to exit) in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
    • Handle and resolve complex employee queries related to HR processes, systems, and benefits within SLA
    • Ensure high-quality service delivery with strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience
  • HR Systems Administration & Improvement:
    • Act as system administrator for HR platforms (e.g., SAP, Opentext, Aspire, etc.)
    • Identify system gaps and propose enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
    • Coordinate with IT and vendors to implement system changes, upgrades, and issue resolution.
    • Support testing (UAT), deployment, and stabilization of new features or system improvements.
  • Process Improvement & Digital Initiatives:
    • Analyze current HR processes and recommend improvements to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort
    • Participate in HR digitalization projects (automation, localization system, self-service tools, workflow optimization)
    • Document and update SOPs, user guidelines, and process
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Ensure all HR processes and system transactions comply with labor law, internal policies, and audit requirements.
    • Support internal/external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and reflect them in system/process updates

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Around 2 years of experience in HR Operations / Shared Services (employee lifecycle, transactions, employee support)
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, etc.)
  • Ability to identify process gaps and propose improvements (not just execution)
  • Exposure to system-related activities such as UAT, system enhancement, or digital/automation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills
