KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Operations Management (BAU)
- Oversee daily creative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery across all projects.
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor team tasks to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Review and approve first-round design outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and high visual standards.
- Contribute hands-on to the execution of visual assets for brand and internal communications when needed.
People Management
- Track team performance and individual progress, providing regular feedback through 1:1 sessions.
- Foster a collaborative and open creative culture that encourages idea sharing and constructive discussions.
- Support team members’ growth by identifying strengths, understanding aspirations, and recommending development directions.
- Partner with leadership to align talent development with organizational goals.
Art Direction
- Lead and contribute to the development of art direction for campaigns and projects, including concept ideation and moodboard creation.
- Guide the creation of key visuals (KV) to ensure strong and consistent visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially Marketing, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.
- Support the development and refinement of brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all communication materials.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing, brand, or agency environment
1-2 years of experience as a Art Director - Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and a range of design work across digital and offline platforms
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma
- Excellent sense of layout, typography, visual storytelling, and design systems
- Ability to think conceptually, lead design projects, and provide direction to others
- Experience in leading mid to senior designers
