KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Planning & Advisory
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly employee engagement strategies aligned with People and business objectives
- Translate engagement insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Act as a consultative partner to stakeholders on engagement related matters
2. Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions and leadership levels
- Proactively align expectations, priorities, and outcomes across departments
- Facilitate decision making through clear communication and data backed recommendations
3. Project Management
- Lead end to end delivery of engagement initiatives (e.g., surveys, campaigns, events, culture programs)
- Define scope, timeline, resources, and success metrics
- Ensure effective coordination across cross functional teams
- Drive on time, high quality execution with measurable impact
4. Risk Management & Governance
- Identify potential operational, reputational, and employee experience risks in engagement initiatives
- Ensure programs comply with internal policies and company standards
- Proactively mitigate risks and escalate when necessary
5. Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze engagement survey results, feedback channels, and behavioral data
- Monitor key KPIs (engagement score, participation rate, retention indicators, etc.)
- Provide insightful reports and strategic recommendations to senior management
6. Culture & Well-being Initiatives
- Design and implement programs that support organizational culture, recognition, and employee well being
- Ensure initiatives are scalable and aligned with company values
Requirement Chuyên Viên Cao Cấp Gắn Kết Nhân Viên
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, or related fields (experience in complex/matrix organizations is a plus
- Proven experience in leading end to end projects or initiatives, from planning to execution and evaluation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross functional stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Experience in strategic planning and translating insights into actionable engagement initiatives
- Solid understanding of employee engagement frameworks, employee experience, and organizational culture
- Strong risk awareness and governance mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks in program execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
