KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Own and monitor end-to-end digital funnel performance (Lead → Application → Approval → Contract)
- Identify key drop-off points and lead initiatives to improve conversion rates
- Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize funnel efficiency
Customer Journey Optimization
- Analyze and redesign customer journeys across digital channels (Web, Mobile App)
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and reduce friction
- Ensure seamless and consistent customer experience throughout the journey
Follow-up Communication Strategy
- Design and optimize communication flows (Push Notification, ZNS, SMS, Call support)
- Improve engagement and conversion from approved customers
- Work closely with CRM teams to implement and refine lifecycle communication strategies
Experimentation & Performance Improvement
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to improve conversion performance
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility
- Continuously track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics
Stakeholder Management
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, CRM, Risk, and Partner teams
- Align stakeholders on priorities and ensure timely execution of initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in Digital Growth, Product Management, CRM.
- Proven experience in optimizing conversion funnels and improving business performance
- Experience in fintech, digital lending, e-commerce, or digital platforms is preferred
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, BI dashboards)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
