KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Define and maintain the target direction for mobile application development across GMA, including architecture principles, coding standards, testing expectations, release practices, and technical guardrails.
- Act as the leading technical authority for Flutter/Dart development across all GMA teams, ensuring consistent implementation patterns and reuse where appropriate.
- Organize and drive guild focused on mobile application and quality.
- Work alongside Team Leaders to guide technical decisions within and across teams, especially where mobile architecture, platform consistency, or shared components are impacted.
- Establish and govern common mobile frameworks, libraries, design patterns, CI/CD approaches, secure coding practices, and quality standards.
- Drive technical excellence in mobile app performance, reliability, observability, security, maintainability, and user experience.
- Mentor mobile developers across teams, support capability development, identify skill gaps, and help build a strong internal chapter community.
- Review and influence important mobile design decisions, including cross-team dependencies, integrations with backend services, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Support hiring, onboarding, career development, and evaluation of mobile developers with people managers.
- Support delivery and operational stability by helping teams resolve complex incidents, recurring defects, technical debt, and structural engineering issues in the mobile application.
- Ensure mobile development practices reflect the needs of a regulated consumer finance environment, including auditability, security controls, data protection, and controlled release management.
- Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to align mobile engineering direction of GMA roadmap and Home Credit priorities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong hands-on experience in mobile application development.
- Solid practical experience with Flutter and Dart in production environments.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS platform fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, app structure, and maintainable design patterns.
- Experience defining standards or guiding technical practices across multiple teams.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs and backend services in enterprise systems.
- Good understanding of mobile testing, automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong knowledge of secure mobile development and protection of sensitive customer data.
- Good understanding of digital customer journeys in GMA or similar large mobile platforms.
- Experience in consumer finance, lending, banking, or other regulated digital financial services
