Last 28 Apr, our special TheTalk x DNA Stars event was organized to celebrate DNA Stars winners who have been recognized by co-workers and superiors for exemplifying our Leadership Qualities.
The event started with our CEO, Ms. Annica Witschard's emphasis on why we have DNA stars, their contribution to promoting our Leadership Qualities, and her appreciation for the winners. Before ending her speech, Annica said that hopefully, we will have more many more DNA Stars in the future.
Some common patterns among DNA Stars
- They are the ones who raise hands if teams have new projects or challenging targets.
- They continuously seek to learn, test, and try to find new ways to do.
- They care about people, whether they are people managers or not.
Our DNA Stars' sharings
Three (03) of the 15 DNA stars got on stage to discuss their feelings on receiving this award, their stories about living the DNA, and how they influence others around them to live the DNA.
- "Remember that you always have the support from colleagues and managers to achieve goals" says Mr. Le Minh Hoang, CRM Analytics Manager.
- Ms. Vuu Ngoc Thao, Regional Sales Manager, shares "Before doing something, you need to be confident that you can accomplish it".
- "Keep trying a little harder to improve every day" advises Mr. Nguyen Hai Dang, Senior Pricing Analyst.
